• Installation, training and repair of wide belt sanders and spray finish equipment for the woodworking industry.
• In-depth understanding of what customers want to achieve and what is needed to get them there.
• Electromechanical work on customers machines in person or over the phone

• Installation, training and repair of wide-belt sanders and grinders at customer sites.
• in-depth knowledge of the processes needed in order to achieve the desired finish for wood or metal processing.
• Setup of equipment to factory specifications
• Siemens, Mitsubishi, as well as other touch screen input training.
• Electro-mechanical work consisting of voltages ranging from 24 vdc to 480 vac. 
• Strong ability to read and interpret both US and European schematics. 

• Installation and training for wide belt sanders and grinders for all of North and Central America.
• Responsible for the day to day scheduling and travel of the other service technicians within the region.
• Responsible for solving customer issues in a timely manner, often dealing with international issues.
• In depth knowledge of Siemens controls and drives, as well as Danfoss, and Toshiba.
• Often the project manager on large installations, from ordering to final multi week start ups. 
• Teaching and instructing large groups of people how to achieve the desired results they are seeking.
• In depth knowledge of the wood sanding and metal finishing industry.
